Fetto Moore & Co was founded on the combined expertise of its partners, Fareed Fetto and Irene Moore, who together bring over 70 years of experience to their clients and the general public.
 

Fareed Fetto contributes more than 50 years of experience, originally as a structural and architectural designer. In the early stages of his career, he undertook party wall appointments under the former London Building Act, later specialising in party wall matters under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. His areas of practice also include construction safety under the CDM Regulations, structural assessments and reporting, together with expert witness services.
 

Irene Moore, a longstanding colleague and now partner in the firm, brings over 17 years of specialised experience in party wall and neighbourly matters. Her specialism continues to grow and is a witness of her strong determination for advancement in technical knowledge tailored towards being an effective consultant both to the industry and to private clients.
 

The firm’s evolution—from sole proprietorship to medium-sized practice and now a well-established partnership—reflects a legacy of sound professionalism together with a personal service suited to every client and circumstance.
